**Corona Virus Update:

Dear runners,

Due to the current situation and safety recommendations, Middletonian 5k will be going virtual this year. 

The risks of holding this event normally are too high. It would go against our code of ethics, as we put our runners safety above all else. 

Details of the virtual race include:

• All runners will now have the option of running at any time and from any location between the dates March 28th and March 29th ending at midnight. 

• Awards will still be given out to winners who can send in proof of their times. 

• This “proof” can be in the form of a screenshot of your phone tracker, strava, Garmin, a picture of your watch screen, etc. 

• If you do not have a tracker we recommend downloading the STRAVA app. It is free and a great way to track runs through a smart phone. 

• All medals and t-shirts will be mailed out after the 29th. 

• Please send your screenshot/photo of your finishing time & distance to the email listed below.

Join Brunning Endurance Company this spring for a 5k run and walk that celebrates our wonderful downtown. 

Running Middletonian 5k is a great way to show your support to downtown Middletown businesses.

A percentage of your registration fee will go to Downtown Middletown Inc. A non profit, community led organization that is dedicated to revitalizing our beautiful downtown. 

The swag this year is a comfy baseball tee showcasing another unique Middletown themed logo. 

Registration guaranteeing a race T-shirt ends March 15th at 9AM. Dont wait to sign up!
