White Dog Distilling Company in Middletown Ohio presents a fundraising event you cannot miss!

A pub run to help out a local hero, Jamy Helton.

“After having her first mammogram and with no family history of breast cancer!! Just hours before reporting for her shift as a Police Supervisor for the City of Trenton Police Department Sgt. Jamy Helton formerly Sgt Jamy Chaney,  was diagnosed with Invasive Ductal Carcinoma. Not only is Jamy a Sgt. for the Trenton Police Department, where a lot of the community refers to her as Pocahontas, she is also the mother and step mother of 7 children, one who is currently deployed in the United States Marines. Jamy has been with the TPD since 2001 after working for the Butler County Sheriff's Office, she was recognized for being the first female police officer for the city of Trenton, then later the first female police sergeant.”

All proceeds from this event will go to benefit Officer Jamy Helton.

Details:

The pub run will leave from White Dog Distillery and take you on a guided run or walk through downtown Middletown. You will make four stops and spend 20 minutes at each pub. During that time you can order a beer or other drink if you’d like. Your Guides will make sure everyone leaves at the same time and follows the rules of the road on the way to the next stop.

When you arrive back at White Dog Distillery for your last stop, you can enjoy specials, Door prizes and a raffle, that will all go to benefit Jamy on her journey to recovery. The raffle drawing will be held at 7PM, (you do not have to be present to win). There will be a band playing at 8:00.

Every participant will receive a goodie bag and 1 raffle ticket to add to whichever basket they choose.

Route:

To start our adventure we will all meet out front at White Dog Distillery.

Stop 1: We run/walk our longest stretch to the Central House of Brews!

Stop 2: We will head back downtown to the very unique Spoken Bicycles beer and bike shop!

Stop 3: We will swing down Main Street to Middletown's very own Brewery, Rolling Mill Brewing Co.!

Stop 4: We will head back to The White Dog Distilling Co, where you can try some pink beer and stick around for live music and the raffle drawing!

20 minutes will be spent at each stop and your guide will make sure everyone stays together! 

The whole route is about 2.5 miles total!
